MEiT Project Manager - Commissioning

You as a “MEIT Project Manager ” will be: Plan the Mechanical, Electrical and Information Technology Scopes of work of a construction project and prepare a construction schedule in conjunction with the Project SuperintendentPrepare regular, timely and accurate billings for the mechanical and electrical components of the job to ensure timely payment of subcontractor billingsMonitor in conjunction with the Superintendent, a project’s material and labour costs for Mechanical and Electrical components and assure accurate quality reporting is being conductedReview Mechanical and Electrical changes received from the Consultants to ensure they are complete and up to standards and review subcontractor prices on these changesProvide expert advice and proactively report on delivery and performance, utilizing available tools and information while maintaining detailed, accurate and up to date records of site infrastructure, plant and equipment including product and technical informationPlan the Mechanical, Electrical and Information Technology components of a construction projectPrepare and lead project meetings, determining the status of the job in terms of scheduling and costing and solve complex technical issuesProvide a focal point liaison for the end Client on all aspect of the operational serviceConstantly review the department’s workload to achieve a cost effective and quality serviceEstablish necessary policies, procedures, action plans, critical indicators, timetables and performance measures to guarantee high quality services and timely deliverables to the clientManage the overall commissioning program of the building systems including coordination, testing verification and trainingYou have CISD Secret clearance or are eligible to obtain it Is this the right role for you?
