We are hiring both a part and full time retail associate starting immediately.
Approximately 30-40 hours per week including weekends, with opportunity for extra hours as needed. Work hours to include weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).
Hourly wage will be determined by your ability and prior experience $17/hr + with the ability to earn bonuses and additional commission on products sold.
Your primary role will be to greet and assist customers within our retail showroom, where we sell products and services relating to hot tubs, swim spas, and accessories. The majority of your time will be spent interacting with customers in person and on the phone, troubleshooting common water chemistry issues, maintaining the showroom environment and doing inventory related tasks. You will test hot tub water samples for customers using our testing lab and explain the suggested treatment plan, as well as answer questions about pool and spa maintenance. You will be responsible for selling a wide range of products, including hot tub chemicals, maintenance accessories, spa parts and equipment. You will have potential to sell some ticket items and earn bonuses.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved with online advertising, website management, and planning/preparing for sales events.
Experience with pools, hot tubs or fitness equipment is an asset. Full training will be provided.
