Schedule: Monday Through Friday 9AM-5PM (Saturdays Optional)

Position Summary: The receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers, maintaining reception and guest areas, ordering required supplies and completing necessary paperwork. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is able to organize and prioritize work.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Greets and directs visitors Communicates with guests in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. Completes vehicle licensing and required paperwork. Organizes drivers and completes staff time cards. May also assist with other related duties such as social media and marketing.

Qualifications: Our goal is to provide a friendly experience for our clients. This position requires a professional appearance, friendly tone in person and on the phone, ability to work well with a team, and the confidence to manage the front desk. Basic knowledge of vehicles and social media is a must.

Education & Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required. Experience in a dealership and/or having a sales license is beneficial. Knowledge of computer programs such as Excel and Microsoft Office are mandatory. Salary : $16.00-$18.00 per hour
