What you’ll be doing :
- Working with our amazing customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate how we can assist them
- Completing work orders that are not only accurate, but timely
- Ability and general product knowledge to answer retail parts inquiries on the daily, after all, gear heads know their stuff
A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for :
- Previous dealership, automotive or recreational sales experience would be ideal
- An outgoing and friendly personality with Customer Service skills
- Experience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset
- Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers
- Your comfortable using computers and common programs - its important to us that we provide you with the tools to effectively perform at your best
- Must have a valid Driver’s License upon employment
