Sales and Service Coordinator

The Role : Key Duties :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and respond to inquiries regarding radio products, installations, and repairs.
  • Develop solid relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer service with existing and new customers.
  • Coordinating and supporting the Sales and Service team operations at the branch
  • Assist customers by troubleshooting radio problems in collaboration with Sales and/or Service Departments.
  • Take pride in your work and work space, maintaining a professional, neat, and tidy front showroom, workstation, and warehouse area.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service/office administrative experience or a similar front desk role.
  • Experience in a technical service industry is an asset.
  • Sales experience is an asset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior time management, multitasking, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and the Internet.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and/or customer relationship management (CRM) software is an asset.
  • A valid driver’s license is required with access to reliable transportation.
