Job Summary : How you will make an impact : You will be responsible for overseeing the servicing of an assigned site within budget and maintaining company and customer quality standards.

As an Assistant Resident Manager, you will :

  • Maintains positive relationship with the client
  • Assists with controlling budgeted hours, expenses, and inventory
  • Inspects the worksite daily to ensure the delivery of services is consistent with the work specifications and required Quality Assurance standards
  • Responsible for the safety of all personnel and ensures that equipment is in safe working condition
  • Accountable for all equipment
  • Manage employee relations in all areas
  • Set an example for associates to follow by incorporating safe work practices
  • Complies and enforces the ISO, H&S regulations, the OHSA and company policies/procedures in a consistent manner
  • Investigates incidents/injuries/near misses to determine root cause and implement any corrective actions
  • Reviews Inspection reports, JHSC minutes and provides corrective actions

About you :

  • 5 years’ leadership/supervisory experience in a cleaning, facility management environment
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of equipment, cleaning systems and products
  • Capability to effectively motivate, lead and performance manage a team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
