Job Title: Team Member

Duties :

• Take phone and in person orders for pick up and delivery
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Operate cash registers and point-of-sale system while handling transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Answer customer questions about our menu
• Assist in food preparation and cooking in the kitchen and on the front counter as needed (must be flexible on job duties)
• Comply with food safety and health and safety standards and procedures
• Receive and organize inventory as needed including supplies, food containers and beverage products
• General cleaning tasks such as counter cleaning, mopping, sweeping, washroom cleaning, dishwashing, etc, as required

Qualifications :

• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but not required

Salary : $16.00-$18.00 per hour
