NAS Inventory Coordinator III - (New Hamburg, Ontario)

General Purpose and Scope of Position:To carry out all functions associated with operating the Parts Department and Warehouse at New Hamburg, Ontario, in a manner that maximizes profitability.Key Skills and Abilities Include: Class A-Z driver’s license would be an assetMinimum three years experience in a manufacturing environmentForklift certificationExcellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, CRM, etc. Key Personal Attributes Include: Multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAgricultural background is an asset Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include: Process orders directly from customers and sales personnel for parts and tanksEnter the order in Great Plains (GP) as per proceduresArrange for delivery of product via transport, courier, etc.Pick and prepare orders for shipmentMaintain parts information in GP, existing products, new products, etc.Assist with administrative functions in GP as directed by the Parts Manager, , Bill of Materials, Purchase Orders, and request inventory adjustments.Assemble kits, cut hose, and plumb pumps as directed by the Parts ManagerAssist with monthly cycle inventory counts and reconcile with the GP systemAssist with annual whole inventory countsHousekeeping - maintain a clean and orderly workplaceFollow all Health and Safety Policies and attend all relevant training seminarsMust have a valid Forklift certificatePerform any other duties as may be required from time to timeAssist with snow removal and yard maintenance, including tank yardConduct monthly workplace inspections of parts warehouseImprove job skills and personnel skills to increase the productivity, quality, and profitability of the companyPerform any other duties as may be required from time to timeMake deliveries of Parts and Tanks as necessary NACHURS is a Wilbur-Ellis business:For over 75 years, NACHURS has been the industry leader in NPK LIQUID FERTILIZER TECHNOLOGY.
