Purpose of the job

Support the PI team to plan and start the deployment of the Supplier Quality Warranty process (+NCR process)

Main tasks

• Analyze how NCR full process could be deploy in different projects.
• What are the gaps compare to current process
• Where would it benefit more
• Next steps
• Cost vs financial benefit
• Business case on NCR process deployment to maximize return on investment (through charge back).
• Perform first characterization & manage NCR’s for non-compliant supplier's products (suppliers repsonability).
• Support problem solving on high level supplier issues during warranty phase.
• Develop efficient KPI to manage Supplier Quality during Warranty phase.
