Full Time Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant based out of our Head Office location. This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

The position will come with a H.S.A. (Health Spending Account) after a probationary period.

  • Respond to client inquiries electronically and by phone.
  • Process policy documentation paperwork and communicate with brokers.
  • Review and process all weekly cash outs
  • Help maintain general office tidiness.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters of direction and other forms as required.
  • Staff & Management Scheduling
  • Prepare necessary reports and documents for management meetings.
  • Complete Bank Deposits and Mailings

Experience : 1 to 2 years related administrative experience. Insurance and/or Registry experience would be an asset.

Salary : $18.00-$24.00 per hour
