We are looking for a skilled, dynamic, and determined individual to fill our Inside Sales Support Position for our Industry Leading Real Estate Team. This position will be an integral part of our core sales team.

General Job Description

  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, etc.
  • Book appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Input/manage client & lead databases
  • Conduct lead follow-up & nurture leads until appointments are set
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate real estate industry expectations (daily on call/weekend to be able respond to all incoming leads)

Key Activities & Duties

  • Set weekly goals

  • Track all key business activities.

  • Utilize company CRM (pipelines, lead generation, and follow-up)

  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.

  • Set up an “Ideal Week” that blocks time for activities designed to reach goals.

  • Attend training and meetings and establish daily role-play partners.

  • Willing to be held accountable for goals & results.

  • Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals.

  • Manage lead capture and contact database system.

  • Manage new leads each week & work with existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments.

  • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts for at least 1-2 hours /week.

  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis 1-2 hrs/day.

  • Do 5-10 hours of lead follow-up per week.

  • Make 50 to 100 contacts per week by calling on:

  • Expired Listings

  • FSBOs

  • Center of Influence

  • Past Clients

  • Just Listed & Just Solds

  • Open Houses

  • This person may be responsible for Touchbase (appointment setting, following up with Realtors after showings, and providing feedback to Sellers)

  • Prospecting leads, performing mailouts, preparing listing packets, and maintaining the lead database.

  • Base pay + bonuses = Unlimited Income
  • Can expect to make between $40,000 - $80,000 plus in your first year (depending on experience - show us your skills)!!!

Job Types : Full-time, Fixed term contract Contract length: 12 months

Salary : $35,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
