COMPANY DESCRIPTION Established in 1979, Toro Aluminum has became a leader in the development and manufacturing of window walls and doors for high-rise condominiums, office buildings and hotels, across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. REPORTING The Service Technician reports directly to the Service Coordinator at Toro Aluminum. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm. Overtime and some weekend work is also required. RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES - Travel to various job sites on a daily basis - Perform service work on window wall installations and troubleshoot to fix problems which occur after the installation - Perform some installation of windows and window components - Install and replace screens - Perform work on high rise condominiums - Communicate with various stakeholders - Perform other duties as required As the Site Coordinator, you will play a key role in modelling and recognizing our core values. QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma. - Experience using various power tools. - Experience and ability to work at heights. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work flexible hours. - Swing stage and suspended access certification is an asset.
