Role Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases.
  • Perform comprehensive title searches and due diligence to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to protect client interests.
  • Advocate for clients in negotiations and litigation to resolve disputes and complete transactions.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on real estate law complexities.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to refine and innovate service delivery.

Candidate Profile
  • Profound knowledge of real estate law and its application in Ontario.
  • Experience in managing real estate transactions with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct detailed research.
  • Excellent negotiation and clear communication skills.
  • High organizational ability, with the skill to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Licensed to practice law in Ontario.
  • Experience in real estate litigation and commercial transactions is advantageous.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred.
