Job FunctionThe Administrative Assistant provides multi-department support for a variety of administrative tasks to meet time sensitive deadlines. Assists with various housekeeping, scheduling of miscellaneous services and office inventory supplies. Mandatory Requirements College or University diploma business administration an asset 1+ years’ of administrative experience Technology savvy, Intermediate level MS Office Suite, Adobe Job Responsibilities Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office functions Answers 5 to 9 line telephone systems, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, data archiving, copying, binding, scanning, organizing file systems for annual re-creation Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
