Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $25.54/Hr. - CAD $27.22/Hr. Apply today to join our team!As a Ambulatory Clinic Clerk with VCH you will:Provide scheduling/booking, clerical and reception functions for the Home & Community Intake Program and Ambulatory Clinic.Perform duties including using word processing and spreadsheet software in the establishment and maintenance of confidential files, correspondence and records in accordance with community intake and clinic guidelines. Qualifications Education & ExperienceGrade 12, Certificate in Office Administration plus one (1) year recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Knowledge & AbilitiesAbility to keystroke 5,000 keystrokes per hour.Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.Ability to organize workload and prioritize.Ability to problem-solve and take initiative.Ability to work under the pressure of interruptions and adapt to changes.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary teamKnowledge of Medical Terminology.Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.Ability to operate related equipment.
