Our Agricultural client is looking a Senior Change Manager to drive transformative change for a Financial PMO Capability Expansion projectMust Have;8+ years of experience as a Change Manager to lead large transformative change.Experience working within a PMO environmentExperience in developing and implementing communication strategies and change management plans.Demonstrated ability to conduct readiness assessments, manage stakeholder impacts, and create training strategies.Relevant certifications in Change Management, such as Prosci or similarResponsibilities:Develop and implement a targeted communication strategy to ensure stakeholder buy-in and facilitate organizational change.Craft compelling communications and create persuasive PowerPoint presentations to articulate the vision, strategy, and progress of change initiatives, ensuring messages resonate with all levels of the organization and drive engagement.Serve as a communication bridge between project teams, leadership, and the wider organization, ensuring transparency throughout the change process.Craft a Case for Change and a comprehensive Change Management Strategy to guide the organization through change initiatives.Conduct Stakeholder Impact Analyses and Business Readiness Assessments to tailor change strategies and training programs effectively.Facilitate a smooth transition to the Change Management Office post-project, emphasizing sustainable change and continuous improvement.
