We are seeking a reliable and organized Shipper/Receiver to join our client's team in Ottawa South. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of products, ensuring accuracy in orders, and maintaining the inventory. Advantages - Wage: $16.55 an hour - Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 4:30 - Temporary Assignment with possibility of extensions - Ottawa South & bus accessible Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups and deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Qualifications Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse role preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with inventory management systems. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
