Service Advisor

Harbourview Volkswagen has an opportunity to take your Automotive Service Career to the NEXT LEVEL. We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! Working in an Automotive Service &/or Automotive Parts experience is an asset.

**Job Position: Service Advisor

Responsibilities :

• Greeting clients in a timely, friendly manner, :

• Assess client/vehicle needs and provide recommendations based on the vehicle history and maintenance schedule :

• Perform walk around of vehicle; organize shuttle service :

• Write service work orders :

• Communicate to the technician detailed information regarding the vehicle issues and to ensure proper workflow :

• Maintains open communications with technical staff regarding job status changes :

• Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, and explain cost and time requirements in detail :

• Review finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility :

• Explain completed work and all charges to customers :

• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards - CES :

• Keep service department forms, menus, and pricing guides up-to-date :

• Promotes cooperation and teamwork among technicians and support staff and assists coworkers when needed

Requirements :

• Valid driver's license required :

• Experience in the automotive industry a strong asset :

• PBS knowledge is considered an asset :

• Attention to detail :

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing demands :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills :

• Enjoy working in a team environment

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
