Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a talented Bilingual Sales Representative to their team of professionals.Perks: Vacation PayCash IncentivesIpad providedLaptop providedPhone providedMonth vehicle allowanceExcellent chance of becoming permanentExcellent trainingFamily working atmosphere ·Opportunity for advancement Responsibilities Job Summary:To effectively manage the total customer relationship within an assigned territory, executing the customer business sales strategy to achieve the agreed upon revenue and volume targets, while committing to continuous improvement.Duties: Achieves the agreed upon territory Dollars & Tonnage Sales results for Total Sales and the Core Categories, through effective planning, selling and negotiating. Effectively communicates with both internal and external customers through the use of e-mail, voicemail, and phone.Successfully implements “value added” selling to upsell existing customers.Perform section relines to improve product placement, facings, product mix & holding power in the store.Effectively manages retail expenditures (expired-in-store and trade spending).Creates and maintains organized retail files.Effectively utilizes sales force automation tools with their day-to-day duties and interaction with customers (i.e. iPad).Seeks out new business opportunities that meet company minimum guidelines.Effectively manages collections and accounts receivable for all Independent customers.Communicates all product quality issues.Performs territory planning to maximize efficiency of sales call and delivery coverage.Actively participate in Sales meetings and training sessions as required.Develop annual promotional plans for his/her major Independent accounts that are consistent with the overall Sales Department objectives and strategies. Qualifications Fluently bilingual (English/French) – Spoken and Written.Must have 1 Year of (inside sales) experience. Recent graduates will also be considered from a related program (e.g. Business, etc.) that would like to pursue a career in sales.Post-Secondary education.Computer literate.Must have a reliable vehicle.
