Summary of Role and ResponsibilitiesSelect, schedule, and assist in evaluating staff, adjusting hours and shifts within set guidelines.Assist with orientation of new staff and assure that training and education needs of staff are met.Coordinate department, case management activities, and the work assignments of staff members.Assist with the implementation and evaluation of department policies, goals, and objectives.Participate in the development and modifications of department programs.Monitor and review quality assessment activities and analysis.Investigate and resolve complaints, or refers any unresolved escalations to Manager.Assist the Medical Department Manager in maintaining department operations within operating budget.Supervises and supports the implementation of new procedures and compliance of organization standards such as ISO and URAC.Perform International Nurse Case Manager duties Your ProfileEducation, Experience, and Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesMinimum Education Requirements: Registered Nurse LicenseBachelor of Science in NursingWork Experience: 3 years clinical experience in a hospitalKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBLS or ACLS CertificationPreferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:·Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications·CCM Certification·ALS Certification or Specialty Certification·Ability to work on multiple IT platformsAbout AXAAXA Group is the world leader in insurance and asset management.
