Job Summary : Duties :

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Color matching
  • Assist customers with orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Deal with all customers in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations

Experience :

  • At least 2 years experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to analyze and solve customer requests effectively
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills with outstanding phone etiquette
