Position Summary

We are hiring for a Process Analyst position in our Technology Department. The position will work within the Global Mobile Business division. The core functions are to help analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated. As a Process Analyst you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers and help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows.
  • Conducting interviews and facilitating workshops with SMEs.
  • Developing procedural documentation as they relate to business processes.
  • Developing clear and detailed process maps and business requirements.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Identifying and documenting interim and future state processes and workflows.
  • Identifying issues and risks and their recommended resolutions or mitigations.
  • Working towards defined project deliverables, ensuring they are met within the identified project timeline and regularly reporting progress to the Project Manager and/or key stakeholders.
  • Define, plan and execute change management plans to support communication and transition activities.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Process Management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Analysis/Process Analysis related discipline is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience as a Business & Process Analyst and experience with Agile projects with excellent business process mapping skills, process analysis and process reengineering skills are essential.
  • Excellent experience in eliciting and developing business requirements. This includes managing changes in requirements throughout the project lifecycle, always balancing scope with technical feasibility, and plays a lead role in testing activities of programs.
