Tax Leadership Expert

At Intuit, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our TurboTax Live team as a Seasonal Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and growth opportunities to a team of TurboTax Live Experts, who deliver exceptional tax advice and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team of TurboTax Live Experts, providing coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and team success.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, customer engagement, and overall business results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives, share best practices, and leverage expertise.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives to meet business needs and deadlines.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tax laws, and regulatory changes to ensure team expertise and customer confidence.

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing and leading remote customer-facing teams or tax preparation professionals.
Extensive prior experience preparing individual returns for Canadian clients.
Strong business acumen, technical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (read, write, speak) is a strong asset.
Previous experience supporting TurboTax customers is considered an asset.
