As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and growth opportunities to a team of Tax Experts who deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and team performance
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Tax Experts to help them achieve their full potential
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business results
- 2+ years of experience managing a remote customer-facing team or 2+ years of experience managing a team of tax preparation professionals
- Extensive prior experience preparing individual returns for Canadian clients
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) considered a strong asset
