Under the guidance of the Head Chef, the Grill Cook greatly contributes to the smooth operation of the kitchen during service by grilling and plating meats to Milos standards. They ensure the proper handling, storing and rotating of food products by complying with hygiene and health and safety protocols.   Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Braises and grills meats Checks that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption Prevents cross-contamination among workstations  Prepares meat in accordance with guest preferences, if applicable Accurately tracks all orders to ensure final dishes are completed in a timely manner Ensures the workstation remains clean and orderly at all times Informs the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement Tracks inventory to ensure a constant and adequate supply Follows all relevant food health and safety guidelines    Required Qualifications:  Previous experience working the grill at a high-volume establishment  Ability to work in in a fast-paced kitchen Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, in accordance with operational needs Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of food health and safety guidelines Milos offers a comprehensive benefits program, including health, dental and vision coverage.  Hourly wage: $30
