Content Operations Lead

Position Overview The Content Strategy & Experience team in Customer Technical Success (CTS) ensures high-quality product expertise is delivered to customers as they learn, adopt, and use Autodesk's platform through impactful content experiences. To accelerate on our journey of delivering a world-class experience and supporting users of all sizes across industries, we are looking for a dynamic Content Operations Lead to join our team.Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Content Strategy & Experience, you will play an important role to establish and manage content governance and lead and implement SEO strategies to improve support content's online presence ensuring maximum discoverability.Hybrid role, located within commuting distance of office in Montreal, Barcelona, or Bangalore.ResponsibilitiesYou will evolve and oversee support content editorial standards, ensure consistency and accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines and readiness for customer consumptionYou will develop and implement SEO strategies to improve CTS content's online presence for learning, adoption, and useYou will ensure clarity, accuracy, and conciseness of support content through creation, review, and editingYou will establish and maintain a comprehensive support content calendar and repository, capturing the full content lifecycle from creation to publishing. Manage version control, metadata, and accessibility. Ensure transparency of content availability to relevant partners to facilitate access and useYou will provide comprehensive structure, frameworks, presentations, and project management to keep our team accountable for important deliverables and report-out on measurementsYou will maintain SharePoint infrastructure to support content operations and communicationsYou will guide and train CTS staff on best practices for content creation, metric reporting, and project management, aiming for efficiency, accountability and improvementYou will build trust and authority across a network of peers, collaborators, and teammates through clarity, aligning on ideas and delivering on major outcomesYou will stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content strategy and operations, and integrate relevant insights into the team and practice to foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharingMinimum Qualifications You have 5+ years of experience with content lifecycle processes from planning, to creation and publishingYou have 5+ years of experience building and implementing search-engine optimization (SEO) strategiesYou are a clear, concise writer, editor, and content producer with the ability to nurture that skill in othersYou have solid project management experience in planning, implementing, and managing across function projects from ideation to conclusion with demonstrated ability to turn strategic plans into actionable tasks, bringing simplicity and order to complex projects, driving progress and continuous improvementYou are experienced at setting goals, defining workloads, managing calendars, and reporting on outcomesYou have experience with project management tools (Airtable, Smartsheet, SharePoint...) and Agile methodologiesYou have an analytical, solution focused, and practical approach, consideration of goals and collaborators' priorities to achieve the right outcome for customersYou have experience with content management systems (CMS), authoring tools, and other relevant software applicationsExperience with large language models (LLMs) an advantageExperience in a customer-facing department or in the software industry an advantageYou speak with impact, simplify complex concepts, and collaborate seamlessly across different levels and geographiesIndependent approach.
