Responsibilities :
- Work with high standards to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Show customers how to operate equipment safely and answer any questions they may have.
- Perform rental return check-ins and check outs to meet Rent Ready Standards.
- Completes minor repairs and regular maintenance on rental equipment.
- Responsible for cleaning, detailing and servicing equipment upon return.
- Loading and unloading rental equipment.
- Check equipment for any damage, hours used and fuel level upon return.
- Maintain safe work environment and perform duties in accordance with safety standards.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge :
- Customer centric with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and analytical with high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated team player with high integrity and initiative.
- General knowledge of operating various pieces of equipment would be considered an asset.
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
