Admin+ Graphic Technician in Brantford & Stoney

Are you ready for multi-tasking? Do you have a good skill of Adobe Illustrator? Some admin tasks on shipping/receiving will be your duties too, beside the graphic related tasks. We want a punctual and responsible person with solid skills of Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of custom printing industry / IT / marketing will be an asset. You will work at our Stoney creek office (L8E2K3) until mid December to learn the jobs, and then start working at Brantford office (N3S 0A7) in January. Brantford is the permanent location.

Duties include :

  • Prepare the artwork for screen prints
  • Shipping receiving related admin tasks
  • Some graphic design
  • Marketing related tasks
  • Oversee our website which is outsourced
  • IT / some hardware software website maintenance could be asked
  • Liaison with the customers
  • General administrative tasks

The first 2 weeks will be a trial period. Fully paid.

Work Conditions/Physical Capabilities/requirements : Experience : Minimum 1 year of marketing or IT experience is preferred

Terms of Employment: Permanent. Full Time. 9 am to 5:30 pm (Lunch break 30 min is not paid). 40 hours per week. MON-FRI.

Starting Wage : $20.00 hourly

  • The pay raise will be offered depending on the performance.

Start Date :ASAP

Location :Stoney Creek Office(L8E2K3) for a training until mid December, Brantford office (N3S 0A7) after that.
