*What will you be doing? *
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work to improve participation and quality of life through a child’s ability to perform role-appropriate, day-to-day tasks necessary for _*self-care*_ (such as feeding, dressing, toileting); _*productivity*_ (such as school, work); and _*leisure and play*_ within their environment. This process involves assessment, identification of strengths and needs, goal-setting, treatment planning, and implementation of treatment in a direct, indirect or consultative manner, as indicated, then discharge.
This position may be required to work with children and youth with a complex profile of needs to deliver an interdisciplinary approach to care with community partnering agencies in an outreach capacity in the home, community or school.
