Administrative Assistant

Position : As an integral member of the primary care team, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced _ Administrative Assistant _who is responsible for supporting all program initiatives within the PCN. Responsibilities include Office operations, Equipment & Supply management, OH&S coordination, communications support, meeting management, IT administration, accounts payable, benefits & payroll administration, and other general administrative duties.

Education/Experience :

  • High School Diploma supplemented by a two-year office administrative program, preferably in Medical administrative support
  • Experience as benefit and payroll administrator
  • Experience with accounts payable and finance related monthly tasks; SAGE accounting software preferred
  • Experience with confidential and sensitive information
  • Combination of training, experience and/or education equivalent to 5 years of progressive responsibility in office administration

Skills/Competencies :

  • Proficiency in standard office procedures such as creating documents, data entry, filing, etc.
  • Process improvement
  • Politically and culturally sensitive
  • Advance knowledge of computers, databases, Microsoft Office, website/social media management and IT trouble shooting

  • Excellent organizational, time management skills with the ability to prioritize

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Part-time

Salary : $22.55-$29.70 per hour
