Electromechanical Procurement Specialist

Job Summary: The Design Team Purchasing position will include:Purchasing components and supplies for the company with a focus on the electromechanical design departmentSourcing new components and suitable alternates for existing componentsNegotiating competitive pricingRegularly checking in on high-priority items to help meet deadlinesDeveloping good working relationships with vendors, manufacturing partners, and other external parties while also holding them accountable for pricing and deadlinesWorking closely with vendors, supply chain, electromechanical design team, and other internal staff to verify all required components and supplies are available and procured when neededIdentify supply chain problems, propose suitable solutions, implement the solutions, and maintain supply chain integrityThe position may also include other tasks as requiredPosition Hours: Full timePosition Opening Date: Currently open and accepting applicationsLocation: Lacombe, AlbertaOur Values:Honesty - We search for those who act off principle rather than emotion.
