Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting our Lloydminster-based Operations team.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Support on-site onboarding and employee oreintations.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events as required.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide information as required.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Assist with filing and organization of project-related documents and records.
  • Perform data entry tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Construction Manager.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous office administration or customer service experience is considered an asset.
