Chemical Cleaning Operator

OVERVIEW Position Title: Chemical Cleaning Operator Position Location: Lloydminster, AB area Benefits: After successful completion of 3-months probation period. QUALIFICATIONS - Must be local to Lloydminster - Valid Class 3 licence, Class 1 is considered an asset - 1+ years’ experience in an industrial environment required - Experience operating low pressure chemical unit - Ability to operate or have experience working with - Reverse flow manifold - Diesel fuel burners - Being able to work out of town when required along with being open to working both day and night shift RESPONSIBILITES - Driving, operating, and maintaining chemical cleaning units - Rigging equipment and hoses in and out - Blending chemicals into the circulating units - Ensure customer and client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service at all times - Comply with Company policies and procedures, health and safety procedures, Department of Transportation and hazardous materials/waste requirements and regulations - Perform maintenance on units to ensure cleanliness and efficient operation - Complete and maintain all required paperwork and documentation properly within set timelines; this includes daily logs, dispatch and trip reports and time sheets - Follow all local, provincial and federal compliance regulations and rules - Perform pre and post trip inspections, follow company policies and procedures for routine maintenance, perform general housekeeping to ensure units are operating properly and report any inefficiency to Supervisor - Safely observe all company operating guidelines and procedures - Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines VERTEX OFFERS - Extended Health Benefits - Dental Coverage - Vision Care and Glasses Coverage - Disability Insurance - Life Insurance - A safe working environment - Stable employment - Versatile company culture that is ever expanding and growing APPLY NOW With a track record of success, Vertex provides a fast-paced environment where people thrive.
