You’ll be responsible for :

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product features, versions, pricing, and promotions.
  • Generating a pipeline of prospects and managing the sales stages including: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, demoing, following up and closing
  • Organizing, prioritizing and forecasting sales pipeline to ensure monthly quotas are met
  • Recording in our internal CRM all your sales efforts and failures
  • Responding to inbound calls from clients
  • Completing call logs and follow-up as required
  • Daily operations client care related operations

Requirements :

  • 2+ Year(s) of full cycle sales experience from business development to closing deals
  • B2B SaaS sales experience is an asset.
  • Experience with handling outbound calls
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong level of business acumen
  • Client retention and management

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
