We are searching for an experienced grill cook. Their responsibilities include prepping and cooking orders, following standardized recipes and portion sizes in a fast paced restaurant. Ensuring HACCP and all food safety and cleanliness are being followed. Deep knowledge of food handling, storage and safety guidelines. and cleaning the grill after each shift.
You should also monitor inventory to ensure that you have sufficient supplies at all times.
Clean and organized all kitchen work stations, storage areas and equipment.
Follow kitchen opening and closing procedures and adhere to proper food handling and safety guidelines.
Must be willing to work weekend nights.
