Warehouse Coordinator

ZEISS Group : Purpose : Receive product, process incoming materials, place materials in stock, pull materials from stock for shipment. Maintain accurate, secure control over our in-house inventory. Lead and execute physical inventory counts including cycle counts.

Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming shipments from carriers;
• Receive materials into our SAP system and place into stock;
• Pull materials from stock for outgoing shipments;
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts;
• Maintain the warehouse area as a clean, organized and secure area;
• Ensure proper identification of all materials in the warehouse area;
• Provide back up for logistics department colleagues.

Other duties as required.

Competencies:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or Shipping/Receiving
• environment;
• Computer system experience (operator level), SAP experience beneficial;
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Safety footwear is required
