Toronto Office

Responsibilities :

  • Handle dedicated key customer accounts daily.
  • Handle all damages from the customers/carriers. Work with Customer Finance Manager to ensure accuracy of investigation.
  • Handle all shortages/overages from the customers/carriers. Complete to the credit stage.
  • Assist and provide support for all customer service vacations. Vacation back fill.
  • Misc administration duties such as data entry, sample requests and filing.

Qualifications :

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent planning, negotiation skills and financial management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive and handle conflict
  • Effective oral/written communication
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
