About the role

We are looking for a Unit Manager, Operations for our growing team! : What you’ll do here :

• Overseeing day-to-day operations performance
• Driving high levels of employee engagement through execution of personal action plans, team engagement and involvement
• Identifying areas for improvement and participating in projects for continuous innovation of our operation
• Completing quality assessments for assigned staff
• Ensuring team receive accurate, timely and consistent flow of information on performance
• Manage to department productivity and quality departments
• Champion organizational change initiatives
• Assist in building out and executing future strategy of department

What you bring to the table :

• Strong understanding of continuous improvement, standard work, process design and operational measurements
• Ability to measure what matters and synthesize findings into recommendations
• Core understanding of change management principles
• Coaching and performance management skills
• Communication, time management and conflict resolution skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading people
• Experience in Group Benefits operations or industry
• Experience in leading large-scale operations
