  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations

  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas

  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Experience :
