Sales Associate

RV Canada is the flagship dealership for the Leisure Days RV Group. Leisure Days is the 4th largest RV group in North America and the largest in Canada. Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide a high quality, professional experience while generating sales of both new and used RVs.
  • Managing a pipeline of leads provided by management, and engaging with sales leads in order to drive business
  • Learn product mix and feature benefit presentation for customers
  • Know current inventory, be enthusiastic and have strong communication with management
  • Conduct effective sales pitch and feature walk around presentations and demonstrations of product
  • Develop a rapport with customer base with a focus on customer service
  • Negotiate pricing and overcome customer objections
  • Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments
  • Help with day to day set up of show room and other duties as required by management

Key Qualities & Qualifications

  • Outside sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Valid G driver's license
  • Clean and acceptable driving record
  • OMVIC certification an asset, training provided if you are not certified
  • Reliable, strong work ethic, professional appearance is a must
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to listen and provide solutions to customer issues
  • Must possess strong conflict resolution skills
  • Must be driven to help clints, passionate about the product, and ready to close successful deal
  • Working weekends is mandatory

Job Types : Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Salary : $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
