Over the years, our farm has evolved beyond “pick your own fruit” to include a fantastic live entertainment area, a retail store, a fully licensed restaurant, and many exciting events. Three generations later, we continue this tradition, entertaining thousands of guests each year.

What you bring to the table :

  • 1+ years previous supervisory experience in a restaurant kitchen

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and supervise staff

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Energetic and positive

  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and good stress management Key Responsibilities :

  • Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager

  • Ability to lead fast pace and high volume lunch and dinners

  • Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders

  • Oversee the food preparation and cooking process

  • Train kitchen employees in designated stations

  • Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments

  • Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized

  • Additional duties as required

Job Types : Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekend availability Experience :

  • Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
