We are currently seeking talented, energetic individuals to join the Warehouse team at our Milton location as a Warehouse Manager.

This is the role : We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team with experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment. This position will supervise a team of up to 30 people and will report to the Warehouse Manager.

If you have proven leadership skills in a fast-paced unionized environment and deliver exceptional results, this role could be a great match for you. This position offers 12-hour continental shifts.

This is What You Offer :

  • University or Technical College graduate
  • Supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment
  • Strong people development and training skills
  • Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
  • Computer literate with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with Lean/ Continuous Improvement
