Bartender/server

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Bartender / Server to join our team. As a Bartender / Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. As to promote a positive team environment, debit tips are pooled and paid out in splits.

Duties :

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences
• Mix ingredients to create cocktails according to established recipes
• Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and establishment
• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving customers
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience a bar, lounge, or nightclub preferred
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and basic math skills
• Must be at least years old to serve alcoholic beverages
• Excellent cash handling skills
• Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their recipes
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
