Sooke Bottle Depot is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team! Tuesdays to Saturdays ~ 8 hours a day.
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing assistance with sorting refundable product, providing cash refunds, and assistance with packaging, shipping.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Sort refundable items according to Encrop Pacific processing policies
- Provide information about a variety of accepted products
- Prepare, package, and load product for shipping
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving product return programs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, including cash handling
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Forklift Experience as asset
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills
