Located in Hamilton, Ontario, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with researching, executing and measuring paid and digital marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Digital Advertising :

  • Develop and execute advertising strategies across various search engines and social platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ad formats, and search algorithm updates to ensure campaigns are always current and competitive.
  • Manage budgets and bids to ensure campaigns are efficient and effective.
  • Continually test and iterate campaigns to improve performance and reach target KPIs.

E-mail and SMS Marketing Support :

  • E-mail results reporting.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERINECE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • At least 2 years of experience in paid search, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • French (oral & written) considered an asset but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze trends and use data to make effective campaign adjustments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and time management skills.
  • Stays up to date with industry news and best practices.
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus.
