XNRGY is seeking a Business Analyst , Growth and Transformationwho will report to the Director, Project Management Office, Growth and Transformation. In a context of an exponential growth, XNRGY needs to organize, align, and prioritize internal efforts to deliver business objectives.We are seeking for a candidate who can support the definition and the monitor the performance of our Strategic Improvement Portfolio Initiatives as well as our Business KPIs. This position is located at the heart of the organization and will provide visibility on all functions and sectors.
As part of your role, you’ll support the business leaders and strategic initiatives owners in the execution of their game plan. Beyond supporting our leaders, you will help to build a new motived and talented team which will support the growth of XNRGY.
An overview of your responsibilities:
Define and elaborate the quality system to support Montreal production site
Create, deploy, and maintain, in close collaboration with the Growth Director, a Strategic Framework to align and support business improvement and performance measure | 3 to 5 years strategic plan with detailed year plan aligned with our fiscal year.
Responsible to define and document XNRGY business processes, in collaboration with business leaders from all function and locations,
Responsible of the Growth and, Sales and Operation planning governances’ preparation | Agenda, follow-up on open action with stakeholders, and KPI monitoring
Responsible of the XNRGY centralized information center | System requirements definition, implementation, and maintenance
Interface with all business function to gather improvement on People, Process and Tools | Demand Channel

Bachelor’s in business administration, engineering or information technologies
