Oversee the month end process and complete monthly workbooks. Manage and review all journal entries and transactions posted in the general ledger. Review payroll and act as a backup for payroll preparation. Assist with inventory management, monthly cycle counts and control adherence. Prepare financial analysis and provide insight into variances. Help with the yearend budgeting process. Liaise with the company’s auditors and assist with the yearend audit process. Assist in documenting all accounting tasks. Help implement process improvements. Assist with control implementation. Help with ERP improvement projects. Help with day-to-day cash management needs. Other tasks that may be required.About You CPA, CA designation Minimum of 3 years audit experience Minimum 2 years industry experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting Experience supervising accounting staff Experience with a distribution or manufacturing company is an asset Must have audit experience Must have advanced excel skills Experience with Adagio Accounting Software is an assetSalary Range$105,000 to $120,000/yearHow to ApplyClick the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
