Responsibilities :
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries over the phone.
- Be able to handle multiple customers at once.
- Be able to solve a customer's problem and retain them as a customer.
- Answer questions about company policies, products and rates.
- Be courteous and professional with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
- Know all information about the company, including products and rates.
- Follow specific etiquette for each task, e.g. greeting, answering the phone, etc.
