Construction Labourer

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. All job sites are non-smoking.

Duties :

• Perform general construction duties, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Operate hand and power tools as required
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Experience :

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings is a plus
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is an asset
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Skills :

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
