Responsible for the scheduling of warranty and repair maintenance

  • Demonstrate clear and effective leadership, guidance, coaching, mentoring, and supporting growth
  • Accurately quote service work
  • Manage Service technicians to ensure effective communication of job quotes/estimates to customers are completed in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicate with customers to resolve equipment issues and solutions
  • Oversee schedule and workflow of Service technicians
  • Assist Service technicians to resolve difficult repair problems and customer concerns
  • Ensure service operations are current and compliant with Federal, Provincial and Local laws
  • Networking skills with public and private sectors
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Be deadline driven, self-motivated, sufficient, and work independently as well as manage a service technician team
  • Handle field failures and document/process warranty claims
  • Work closely with our factory store on service-related tasks
  • Work with subcontractors on Insurance claims
  • Must be available after hours
  • Knowledge with Microsoft 365, Syteline ERP, CRM experience, VCL product lines and options would be considered an asset
  • Preferred knowledge in snow and ice/mobile/construction and/or agriculture truck equipment
  • Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
